Skandhasanch-alanasana (Shoulder-motion Posture)

Sit in Vajrasana (Bolt Pose). Inhale and retain the breath. Place the palms on the knees and turn one shoulder speedily in a circle, first in one direction and then in the reverse. Do it with the other shoulder also.


Benefits:- It removes weakness of the Shoulders, prevents pain in the shoulder-joints and strengthens the chest and lungs.
