Dviparshwaprishthabhimukhasana (Spine-twist Posture)
Sit on the ground with the legs stretched in front of you, keeping them together. Now turn the body above the waist to the left and put both palms on the ground. Stay in this posture for some time. Then, likewise, turn on the right side also. Do it several times on both sides alternately.
