Sarikasana (Cuckoo Posture)

Sit down, keeping your feet about a foot and a half apart. Place the palms on the ground between the knees. Bend slightly and place the legs a little below the knees, on the slightly bent elbows. Balance the body on the palms. Keep the toes back a little.
