Dvipada-angushtha-sthitasana (Toes-balancing Posture)
Sit on your feet. Raise the heels to the hips and turn the toes towards the soles so that the body is balanced on the two big toes only. Raise the arms to the level of the shoulders and stretch them. Place the knees close to one another. Keep the posture for some time.
