Moodhagarbhasana (Child-in-the-womb Posture 1)
Sit in Padmasana (Lotus Pose No.1). Lie on your back. Insert both hands between the thighs and calves so that elbows come out. Hold the ears with respective hands. You may as well place the hands on the neck. Sit on the buttocks and gaze in front of you. Alternatively, you may lie on your back. Slow down breathing.
