Urdhwa mukha-supta-padma Asana (Up face-lotus-rest Posture)

Sit in padmasana. Lie down on back. Place the elbows on the ground and support the waist on the both the palms. The posture is similar to the fish posture. Remain in this position for some time. Come to the normal position.

Benefits:-It cures the asthma and other breathing troubles. It removes the disorder of pranas. It exercises nose, throat and lungs; the spine becomes elastic.
