Urdhva-vajrasana (Inverted-bolt Posture)

Fix your palms firmly on the ground and raise up the body on the hands. Bend the legs and place the heels close to the hips. Inhale and retain the breath. Stay in this posture as long as you can and then exhale. Do it several times.
