Sit on the ground with the legs stretched apart.
Bending the right leg, place the thigh on the right shoulder. In the same way,
bend the left leg and place the thigh on the left shoulder. Now fixing the
palms on the ground, balance the whole body on them. Keep the legs stretched to
the sides as wide as possible.
Benefits:-It reduces the belly, cures indigestion
and strengthens the arms.
