Eka-pada-Urdhwa-Nakul Asana (Leg-raised-mongoose Posture)

Lie down on your abdomen. Placing both the palms just below the shoulders on the ground. Support the legs on the toes. Inhale and balance the whole body on hands and toes. Then raise the right foot as much as possible. While exhaling place right toes on the ground. Repeat it on the other also. Practise it 4-6 times on each side.
