(Heels-pressed Posture)
Sit in Utkatasana (Knee-support Pose). Bring your
left heel in front of the genitals. Now take back fully the right leg, resting
the right knee on the ground. Bend the right leg and bring it to rest right
heel on the left heel and the right toe pressed against the navel. Place the
hands on the respective knees and turn the face towards the left Remain in this
posture as long as possible. Repeat it on the other side also.
Benefits:-This posture cures the diseases of liver
and spleen. The joints of legs become elastic and strong.
