Ekapadautthana –chakra Asana (Leg-raised Circle Posture)

Lie down on your back. Raise the body with the help of the hands and legs so as to assume position similar to Chakrasana (Circle Pos-ture). Place both the elbow firmly on the ground, hold the right heel securely and stretch the left leg straight.

Hold the position so long as comfortable.

Repeat with right leg stretched out.


Increase duration of holding of the posture as the practice progresses.
