Asana (Rest-on-hand-foot-left-bend Posture)
Lie down on the back.
Turn of left side, bend the left knee and placing the near hips. Then bend the
right knee place it on left instep. Place the left elbow on the ground, support
your head on some time. Repeat it on the other side.
