Badha-padma-janusparsha Asana (Lotus-locked-knee-touch Posture)

Sit in baddha-padmasana and do it like previous posture.

Sit in padmasana, then take your arms back and hold each elbow with the other hand. Inhale and hold it in and bend your head and touch left knee with the chin. While exhaling return to the normal position. Repeat it on the other side also. It can also be practiced without retention of breath.
