Viparita-hasta-padasana (Full-bend Posture)
Stand on your feet about two feet apart. Bend the body backwards gradually so that the hands eventually touch the ankles or place the palms on the ground close to the heels. Maintain this posture as long as you can. This is a difficult pose.
