Ekapadagrivasana (Foot-on-neck-Posture)

Sit with your stretched legs straight in front of you. Bend your left knee inward and place the heel near the testicles. Take the right foot around the back and place it on the neck. Place the palms together. Keep the posture for some time. Repeat it on the reverse side too.
