Sit with the legs stretched in front of you. Take the arms below the respective calves and place the palms on the ground. Now, putting the legs and calves on the arm’s elbows, balance the body on the hands. Then, wind the left leg around the left hand. Stretch the right leg back fully. Afterwards, wind the right leg around the right hand and stretch fully the left leg.
Benefits:-This posture strengthens the chest and arms; when practiced with breath retained in, it makes the Prana strong. The legs also become strong.
