Chakori Asana (Skylark Posture)
Sit down on the ground. Place the palms firmly in front of you with the fingers pointing backwards. Keep the elbows to the right and left of the navel as in Mayurasana (Peacock Pose). Exhale. Stretch the legs backwards and the head forward Now, raise the body on the hands. Bend the legs so that the soles are together and touch the hips with the heels. Keep the posture foe some time. Then relax and inhale.
