Sankochasana (Contraction Posture)
Lie down on your left side and place the left foot on the right groin and the right foot on the ground near the left groin. Take your left hand to the back and bring it out on the right side. Take the right hand towards the left, encircling the right calf and thigh. Join hands to make a fingerlock. Exhale and place the head on the left knee and raise the head while inhaling. Repeat the posture on the other side also.
