Sit with your legs stretched in front. Place the left foot on the right groin. Bend the right leg and place it on the right shoulder. Fix your hands on the ground in such a way that your left ankle presses against the stomach. Then, raise up the body on the palms. Keep the posture as long as you can. Repeat it on the other side also.
