Hansasana (Swan Posture)

Sit on your placing the palms firmly on the ground. Now press the knees on the elbows from the outside and balance the body on the palms. The posture should look like a swan. Push the neck forward and touch the ground with the nose repeatedly.


Benefits:-Aversion to foot indigestion and enlarged tonsils are cured. The other benefits are the same as those of Vakasana (Heron Pose).
