The fact that they should remain strong throughout life comes next to cleanliness of teeth. They should not get loose, there should be no cavities and no decay. Sesame seeds : Eat 32 gms. of black sesame seeds by chewing them well in the morning on empty stomach after brushing your teeth. Do not mix jiggery, sugar or anything else with it. Follow it with a glass of cool water. If you wish you can repeat it in the evening also. Mix makes the teeth strong.

Turmeric : Mix turmeric powder, salt and and mustard oil and massage the  gums and teeth.

Clay : If the teeth are loose and it appears that will fall out, application of wet clay ( black or red ) on the gums in the morning evening daily will strengthen the teeth.

Tomato : Eating tomatoes strengthens  the teeth.

Carrots : Carrot juice if taken daily prevents the  diseases of the teeth and gums. The roots of the teeth get strengthened.

Salt : Massaging the teeth with fine rock salt brightens them
