Potato : Grind a raw potato on a stone and apply into the eyes like kajal in the morning and evening. It will cure 5-6 year old cataract and 4 year old phula in three months.

Onion : (1) Soak a cotton wick in onion juice allow it dry. Burn it in sesame oil and make kajal.  Apply it into the eyes. It cures cataract.

Lemon : Mix 9 parts of the honey of small bees and 1 part each of the juice of ginger, lemon and white onions, strain and put a drop in the eyes morning and evenings for a prolonged period. You can mix 12 parts of rose water to it and use it regularly. It improves the eyesight and obviates the necessity of spectacles.

Carrots : Take 310 ml. Of carrot juice mixed 125 ml. of spinach juice daily. It can cure cataract.

Coriander : Boil a tsp. of coriander powder in a cup of water. Strain it and when it is cool, put a few drops into the eyes. It will certainly be beneficial.
